If you won a large amount of poker tournament money and you should chooze only one of the following two choises:1. To play the tournament money live, for example to a local casino, or 2. To play the tournament money online, to one popular poker site, which choise would you chooze?
I would chooze to play them live, because I haven`t played live yet, so I would like to have such an experience!

I would definitely play it online, because I have not so much experience so far in live tourneys. I was recently playing in a bigger live tourney, in which I sateyed in, and it was pretty much exhausting compared to an usual online tourney.
For the fun I would choose the live game in a smaller casino for a smaller buy-in, but not for bigger buy-in.

I would play Online because of time constraints. There are so many good value games available during online series which often times run concurrently.

Live because live players are generally way worse than online players.

If you're doing it though to improve your skills, then online should do because there's better competition

Nice question , I haven't played live except from some funny home games which were ok. But nowadays if I had this option I would definitely go for the thrill of a live game.

I would choose to play online. Playing live, I would just be uncomfortable. I prefer to play online while sitting in a comfortable chair at home.

live vs onine

The short of it is both... but it all come down to bankroll management and picking good events to play. if you have enough of a br you traveling overhead is taken care of and your 2500 main events at most places are not an issue im going to say live 100 percent. the money is so much easier and if people fear and respect you it is not hard to have a crazy roi. not to mention the higher live buy ins are full of wealthy people tat obv are not put the time into it there are just there to have fun. but if your expenses are eating at a good chunk of your roll you really have to stick to volume and play many online tables.

Live, of course. They say live poker is far easier.

Not to mention the thrill of actual experience! :)

Hi,I would like to play the live tournament, but as I´ve never played a live event ,I think I ´d have more chances to win some cash if I played it online. So, I choose online.

I have only the second option. I have no way to play live. Even if there was an opportunity, all the same online is better than live. Here you are more free to choose the range of buy-in, the number of players at the table and time, which is the most important thing.

I would definitely play online, it is more relaxed, you play from the comfort of your chair, it gives you time to analyze more the plays, in fact in my personal opinion after playing online so many years I would not know how to behave at a table haha :D

Live, of course! It's what poker is all about with real people instead of avatars. You find a whole new dimension to the game. Now you can try 'reading' the other players while, of course, they are doing to the same to you. Lots of fun...I played live mtts several times and had the pleasure of making final tables. It's a challenge if you've only played online but it;s worth it.

Definitely, I would spend tournament money in a live game. You get tired of fantastic distributions of the program of falling out of random numbers. In a live game everything is more fair and therefore the chance to win depends on the dealer, who you trust more than the program

Certainly I would play online! Because it always does, and because it is a plus EB! I've never played offline because it's long and boring to play 1 table!

Tourney money

If I had the choice, I would rather play Live poker by far. Only reason I don't anyway is because of the distance. But in all Live poker is best by far, I believe online help you learn so much about the game, but in live poker everything slows down and the is great interaction for the most part by the players.
