What are the adjustments playing between small buy-in and big buy-in tournament?

I find that players are much better at big buy ins and generally pay more respect to how you play and represent your hands. It's a better game. Lower stakes is so much like hey maybe I can call that all in and hit whatever cards I have and they do.

I agree with this, the higher in buy in you are the greater the skill level of the players. You're therefore less likely to get people shoving marginal -EV hands because they don't understand the odds.

I agree for the most part that the higher the stakes the better qaulity of players but you still have the donks at just about any level you play at lol

High stakes is better cause they really think about 3bet etc.At small stakes you can play cards that you would fold at high stakes .Highrolles makes the game serious .Enjoy each tournament .

In tournaments with a large buy-in play cautiously and go to аllin with a bad card. Everyone is saving their money in the tournament. In tournaments with a small buy-in, most play on the floor of strength and neglect attention. For a good player, there is an opportunity to prove yourself.

I would have to agree for the most part that the higher the stakes in buy ins the better the players. However, you still get the people that are just donks no matter what the stakes are at. I've played small stakes to medium stakes and get good players at all levels. Then you still get those who have no clue and shove with anything. That is one reason why some like to late register to tournaments at all levels, so that these donks get knocked out and the variance is much less.

Post-flop they can read you a lot better and this allows them to put a lot of pressure on you.

Play with a great buy-in is excellent, players are calm and normally you can put together a combination, on a small buy-in players simply do not allow to collect combinations and play on all cards, for me a big buy-in is better

I agree with you for the most part, however, playing against marginal opponents adds another dimension to the game.

I play more loose and aggressive in lower buy-in <$100. These games are structured to end in 4-6 hours in most places. You're going to want to get in there and gamble more.
Large buy-ins >$100 I play more tight. The structure gets a little better as the entry fee goes up, so I can sit back and wait for my spots.
