You are leaving out too many details. What are the stack sizes of the sb and bb - what do you know about them?

I want to know your exact chip stack and what the blind levels and antes are - your idea of 10bb and mine might be very different.

it's an obvious shove... nothing else matters unless it's some satellite & avg. stack is like 5bb's or somethin

With the blinds at 100/200, I'm shoving in your position with a 3000 stack.

agree with everybody above. I'd probably push all-in, but a lot of important factors that are left out here are...
- Are you close to the bubble / does the payout change for the next couple places?
-Is SB/BB loose or aggressive? Are they the top stack in the tourney or small stacked too?
- Do people have a smaller stack than you? If so it may be more strategic to let them bust first

Do stack sizes of the blinds really matter? In what instance are you not shoving? (assuming this is a normal mid stage MTT)

there are factors not stated if hes on the bubble or not, if that is the case the blinds do matter. if hes on the bubble this is the only reason hes not shoving IMO

Pretty sure none of these factors matter in this spot. It'll be a standard top heavy pay out making this a snap shove and not close.

It doesn't matter. When someone wants help with a tournament hand we should be making them give us ALL of this information every time instead of letting them get away with "I had JJ in this tournament - should I have shoved with it?"

Teach people how to talk about their tournament hands correctly. :)

That is for everyone above who said nothing else matters - it is always a shove.

I would bet the minimum that I think it would take to make the rest fold.

I assume you had an M of around 5 or 6. Still room for a bit more waiting.
