Tournament CC freeroll &100 esp. on pokerstars my favorite poker room starts usually 3:00 AM at my country. I'm trying my best to get awake on that time but still cannot play sometimes coz I really take asleep, even you force your eyes open to keep waiting the tournament to start, you won't suddenly notice you fall asleep and did not make to register upon awake then you will keep blaming yourself mentally. Any advice what is the best solution for this.

do not play this freeroll because too much effort to win a couple of dollars.

:) Anyway, I am always a challenger since I was a kid. This is normal and might myself not having discipline and need a lot of adjustments.

ya i've done this trying to play micro millions and SCOOP, but i gave up once i slept through my alarm for a $109 turbo event. It's just not worth it sometimes, especially since it's a freeroll, you are better off just saving $10 per week and depositing a decent amount and playing low MTT's whenever you like than to play freerolls. complete waste of time imo...

Lots of caffeine. Either through coffee, cola drinks or caffeine pills.
Avoid cocaine or methamphetimines because nothing good will come from that.

yeah, make totally unhealthy life choices just to play in a freeroll at 3AM lol

Get some rest prior to the game starting. Eat a meal that gives you some energy as well.

Sleep early and buy an alarm clock.

Its also 3 AM at my end.

good hours sleep and then start with everything and coffee, that to me it served me

Depends on what commitments you have for the next day, to be honest. If you're able to catch up on sleep the next morning, then it shouldn't be a problem. I usually sleep around 3 a.m, so it hasn't really been a problem for me. But since you aren't used to staying up late, here's what you should do. DON'T drink any caffeinated drinks. They won't get you through the night. They might give you an extra hour or two but your body will crash before you know it. Also have a light dinner. Eating heavy meals makes you sleepy. Keep the lights turned on in the room because the darker it is, the more sleepy you get. DON'T lie down. If you do, you're a goner. Sit in an upright position and if you feel that you're about to doze off, then get up and walk around and splash water on your face. Hope that helps.
