Time away from poker

Took a few weeks off from playing poker. I played one pickup game with buddies for a low buy in but that was more of a social thing. Felt good to get bs into it recently and things are so much clearer for me now. Was on a bit of a downswing and just getting unlucky when I was in with best hand but all the reading here and through books during that time really benefitted me. Now I'm reaching the correct decision more often and seem to take less time to do it in my head.

So I guess sometimes a break isn't a bad idea. Now I'm looking at things a little bit differently and its wonderful. Don't be afraid to take some time from playing and do a little bit of reading and research

Good advice. a clear mind is always helpful. also try exercise to feel refreshed.

Some poeples poker is work... I play in free time because i preffer to go gym or sometimes run. but when i have free time i play poker...
I agress you. Brake isn't a bad idea. We have more time to improve themselves
