I know spin and go's are probably less profitable but is there anyone that feels theyre strong 3 handed and finds it a good game to play?

This site here is in german, wich probably wont help you, but you might want to have a look at the first chart in the middle of that site. You would need an avarage winrate of atleast 36% to beat Spins in the long term. Also you need to consider that due to higher variance you might want to play more conservative bankrollwise.

I play them for fun once in a while but i couldnt imagine grinding them 24/7

I’m a big fan, the standard on low stakes is very poor. You need to have a strong shove / fold game and be prepared to take calculated gambles against people that shove every hand but I have a good level of success at them.

As a side point, I’ve recommended this before but check out the SnapShove App, very good for working on the shove/fold part of your game which you need for spin and go.
