Winning poker tournaments hand by hand has 3 volumes and i think it is excellent... dont just get theory and numbers you see every single hand including the folds of how 3 tourney pros win different style tournaments!

Winning Poker Tournaments - One Hand At A Time Vol.1 & 2 (maybe 3... I didn't like 3 nearly as much as 1 or 2 ).
Authors -
Jon (PearlJammer) Turner
Jon Van (Apestyles) Van Fleet
Eric (Rizen) Lynch

All very well known in both online & live poker communities.

Jon Turner
$7.7 million in online tournament cashes
$1.9 million in live winnings
Biggest Cash: 3rd place 2009 SCOOP MainEvent $527,100
Best Live Cash: 3rd 2011 wsop $1k event $274,005
also has a 2nd place finish in the Stars Sunday Million

Jon VanFleet
$7.5 million in online tournament cashes
$269k in live tournament cashes
Biggest Cash: 1st place 2010 WCOOP Ev.#2 $133,037
he's also had an FTOPS win back in 2010

Eric Lynch
$1 million in online tournament cashes
$911,444 in live tournament cashes
Biggest Cash: 24th place 2006 WSOP MainEvent $494,000

Another decent book is: "The Raiser's Edge" - Tournament Poker Strategies for Today's Aggressive Game
Elky, Lee Nelson, Tysen Strieb, and Tony Dunst

If you haven't read any before, then perhaps starting out with Harrington On Hold'em - Tournament Play might be a good idea.... but these other 4 books (above) are the BOMB imo.
