Playing tournaments.... to me is always fun even tho i am usually taken out by sick hands that have extremely little chance to beat me..ie one and two outters... it is online and it happens im sure..to everyone... im not mad it is more of a just to crazy to be mad at ... more like way to laughable..
the first tournament i got knocked out of today...i had AA i raise to 5 times the blind... guy next to me calls... guy next to him calls.. flop comes 8QQ i got this in the bag... im all in ... both guys call and go all in too... guy on my immediate right has me covered... but im positive i got them beat... look at the flop... chances are slim either of them got any part of that flop... boy was i wrong...LOL.... guy next to me shows QQ for quads.... guy next to him shows 88 for a full house... all i can do is laugh at those odds of hitting that exact hand to take me out of the tournament... i dontknow the exact odds of that ... but they are i am sure astronomical... such is poker...

Unfortunately it happens, but after seeing QQ on the flop it would be easy to turn off the AA. And I could continue to watch the game.

Online KK is my worst friend. When I have the cowboys and it always give the AA to someone. Then a 3rd player will call all-ins with 87o and beat both AA and KK.

This happens to all of us, hands with a 2% chance of winning and they end up taking all of them on a river.

You were obviously favored to win, but not by as much as you might think (1.89:1 pre-flop).

It was 99:1 that QQ would make quads, 7:1 that he would make a set of Queens, and 9.7:1 that he would make a full house. Of course, the same odds applied to 88 (and you for that matter).
