For example 50 people are paid and there are 55 people left. Is it best to just fold almost everything and don't take any risks (like all-in with good cards) or should you just play like always and bet/raise with good cards etc
I am saying this from personal experience......
FOLD TILL YOU DROP
I even flung aces like it was nothing
I have been so many times on the bubble where i saw that if i had only mad the pre-flop call that i had won the pot.
But i prefer not to take the chance NOW.
In the beginning when i was just learning i played normally and nearly never made the money
.
But of course you have to learn from your mistakes
Thats why when i am so close to the money it is very very veryyyy hard to keep me away from the money now.
You are very lucky to be a member of cardschat, where u can ask for advise and get some good ones.
In my beginning i had to learn everything the hard way.
So if you have poker buddies, you can also advise them to join cardschat where they can learn a lot.
Hope this is of some help to you
