I don't like tournaments where at the table are 9 people.
Because there are playing minimum 2 fish and they will always interrupt the game and beat your AK

Do a big raise so that it is not profitable for them to enter the bank with the thrash.

If this sort of thing is causing you so much grief stick to cash games where players running 72 against premium hands will getting killed in the long run. Yes in tournaments players will get lucky and knock you out from time to time. The best way to avoid this is by avoiding these all in coin flips and trying to play as Hellmuth would. He doesn't like to leave it to chance where as modern players are fine with huge pots with smaller edges. You can study the small ball style too and just stay out of trouble. The power of AK preflop is that you can safely raise or jam(i like calling a jam less) and live with your choice. You are looking to take it down without a showdown though...once called you are praying just like anyone else for a win..

I love 10 handed tournaments with long levels . The gamblers will bust or double and continue to do so . Patient , cautious players will have plenty of time to find good spots , and hopefully chip up . Knowledge of hand values in different positions is rewarded .

The long table in the tournament gives a slow game, a lot of hands, among which certainly will be good for you. Short table - more aggression, you will often have to play with a weak hand relying on luck. Good luck - good for casinos, bad for poker. You have to play your game.

If there are minimum 2 fish at the table then you should definitely be playing those tournaments.

Just try to play postflop. In all-in AK is not very good with 50bb+.

Yes, they are everywhere in the micro-limits ... they are just a huge cloud that plays all the hands in a row that AA that 72 different colors ... so they are not getting anywhere from you, well, if not nepeyte on the limits higher))) but there you will be fish)))

Limp with full potential drawing hands such like J10 suited, make a straight or flush and put them all in on the river, they play very loose and this tactic works perfectly against them.

I am comfortable with both tables
the bigger table gives a slower game and smaller number of hands but more players in a hand
smaller table gives a lot of hands and more aggression

It happens, even on 6 handed tables, just adjust your game.

The more fishes are at your table the more chances you have to win tournament. You must just recognize the fish. I don`t think that your game will be better against Daniel Negrianu, than against player, who is unqualified in poker. So I disagree with your point of view.

All depends on the cost of the tournament. Large amounts of fish, almost none.

I like the opposite and play only at the tables with 9 players. I do not like the tables with 6 players. I try not to sit down for them.

standard

Nine people at the table is the standard for most poker games. I like to play 6 handed for cash games.
