On position BB I called raise to 2,5 BB . This hand played 3 players on flop.

On the flop I get one pair and flash dro.
Player #4 bets 7 BB , players #5 folds, I'm call
222

On the turn player #4 go all-in 80 BB , I'm call
333

He also had flash dro, but on the river got Q and high pair.

How would you do in this situation?

Depend on your level of chips. If you have like double of their chips, call an all in it is ok. But if not, maybe would be better fold from an all in. If you don't know his cards he could be going at all in with bigger pairs, two pairs, a chance of straight or even bigger flush than you.

That's why is important to read the players all the time, this way you can know if the all in have more chances to be solid or bluff or semi-bluff.

That's 3 bet preflop, it does not make any sense to call 80bb shove with a TPMK and a small flush draw on the turn.. I would fold here and wait for a better spot. In case he had over pair, you have only around 30% to win this hand, that's not enough to call 80 bb shove..
