I am in a phase right now wher the best way to describe it is swimming against the current when befor i would be swimming with the current for about two week periods. i dont believe that it is only bad luck, but i do believe that i had a short spur of bad luck that triggered me playing a bit worse.
I want to get with the flow again!!

i been their plenty of times to know that the more solid you play poker the better decions that will be made that will led into making more profit on and off of a bad luck streak

You just need to sit out a bad run of cards, by that I mean don't play worse than you usually do. Volume, it's all about volume.

Yeah this can be an issue depending of your style of play you might go a period of not winning much or losing and this could just be standard varience but chance are you are playing bad too, in fact when I start getting sucked out on I know in the past I have started making some questionable plays, somedays your aces are good and somedays they get cracked by 45s!

And if you are still playing well but getting beat then volume will tell you because every session is a new one streaks of winnings tend to go towards the better players.

play some live poker correctly and ensure yourself you are good (by winning :p).
Then go back to the site and fold every good looking hand you get if you don't have the nuts post-flop, or just fold it pre-flop unless it's AA and AA only!(I mean super tight!and even then you might still lose...)
After that, variance will get you back on the track and you'll find you've improved and can now make some tough laydowns :D...

I have never played live but keep hearing that online is tougher to beat is that right?

If you're playing live you tend to get better players. If you lose online then you just hop to another tournament. If you're in a casino and bust then it's a long ride home so you tend to play better.
