I need some help, are there good or great strategies to consistently be successful at super turbo tournments where blinds keep increasing every 3 to 5 minutes.

My strategy usually would be to shove on any premium to good hand however it hasn't worked out and is getting tired of losing every tournament.

Any suggestions to be successful?

They are primarily based on luck, but you definitely have to look for steal spots and find the more passive players.

I agree with the previous answer, look for spots to steal the blinds, especially useful when there are antes. Position is a big key to stealing so make sure you are in a good position. It is sometimes hard to get reads on players in these tournaments as you play so few hands with them.

I personally avoid these tournaments unless they are freerolls in which case I just play tight at the beginning until blinds get high then will widen my range and start shoving pocket pairs and AT+ aswell as some suited connectors.

Good luck!

Turbo tournaments this game as a lottery, why? I will explain. In turbo tournaments paced through every hand people have to shove everything they want, why can easily defeat Lord of 2.9 cards or even worse.
In theory you can view not expensive flop might only know their chances, but again due paced game will be a maniac who will make you go for it and take risks.
You would not look bad video game known poker players these limits and make conclusions yourself.
Good luck!

I am not big fan of these hyper tournaments, like 3 min, especially on 9 handed. Its easier playing these types of tournaments on 4 handed format, than is easier to push speculative hands.

I don't think there is any one strategy that is successful. You have to get lucky, either by hitting a big hand or sucking out. You can try and play a specific strategy, but the rise in blinds means if you can't double or triple up early, you will probably blind out. I have never seen a real successful player on hypers.

Study push/shove charts at different blind levels and study the dynamics of how to play short stack poker. Jamming, rejamming and the Stop & Go play are all extremely important in turbo tournaments as every chip is essential to maintaining your fold equity when you do decide to rejam over an open or jam yourself. Unfortunately you can't always wait for a top 5% hand, so I would definetly study what I mentioned above and don't be afraid to put chips in the middle when you have fold equity against a tight or passive player! Hope this helps.

hyper, super turbo tournaments are just luck. I'd advice not to try them except for the freerolls obviously.

You have to take much advantage as possible in the first couple of levels trying to double up as fast as you can. Otherwise the blinds will catch you and you'll be in a very bad position.

Play mostly for the position not the cards

Unfortunately it is the only strategy. I don't know why you play them. It's not profitable on long run. It's created by rooms obviously for creating more rake and faster. And to force you make more deposits. For spending less time for tourney there are turbos.

In fact there was such a topic already on the card chat and one person took off a good video about the tactics of the game in the hyper turbo, he did not probyval, because I avoid such tournaments :) at the moz view there is only the luck of any experience.

More turbo = More luck.
More regular (10 min. level or more) = More skill...

You could watch some training videos, work on your icm, and play a wider range.

ofcourse there is more luck , but i think u can deal with it as 9handed sitngo when blind go high if u r not good at stngo u will probably suck at these tournaments too , but u can find alot of sitngo trainings that tell u with up to 5 blinds what range of cards to shove with , what range of cards to call a shove and then tell u from 5-10 blinds what range and so on , and if u r the short stack what to do and if u playng the bubble
