YES! Since becoming a member on here among other studying. I have found success.

I played 4 live tourneys in the last week. 18-22 players. I took a 1st, 2- 2nd's and a 4th.

Thanks for all the great reading on this forum and for feedback to guppy questions.

Now for another question. I am a tourney player exclusively so do not know if this applies or not, but am I loosing equity by being too aggressive? I am a TAG player and tend to NIT up a little if things get too loose. I however rarely see showdowns except in all in plays either by myself or opponents. I am comfortable with this type of play but am finding that I never have the lead in chips going into the final 5.

Is this ok or am I needing to improve on my game to better my odds of going into the final 5 a little stronger?

those live games tend to have really fast structures so they are basically luckfests, tight/aggressive play tends to work really well since many players are there for a good time rather than to play good poker. You are having success so keep doing what you are doing, and don't get too bummed if you go on a bit of a run of bad luck or not finishing in the money it will happen.

like WiZZim said, kind of a luckfests, eventually youll extract more chips with your strategy and will be chip leader.

Usually in those types of MTTs, the chip leader player usually won more than one flip-coin all in pre-flop
