Without taking into account the result was a good move with 14 BB should I have expected something better?

Personally I wouldn't of being going all in with a7o in this situation. 14bb is enough to wait a little longer. On the flip side the bb call with 82o is shocking and that's going to cost him in the long run if he regularly calls with raggy hands like that. I'd of been expecting him to show ax or kx.

It has a touch of madness. While allin with A7 OS is a bad desicion, we must also be clear that 82 OS is not to bet half your chips. Here is where luck matters.

Fold every time. Even if you are the shortest stack, you are still 14BB. Being 4 handed you are maybe charts will show you that you are in cut off and you can shove, but I would fold here.

Bit loose to open shove 14bb even 4 handed, it feels close. With these types of players i wait for a better spot. Plus i believe top 3 pays so i like a fold.

With 14 BB you're not desperate to make a move, even though you are on the bubble. The big blind is chip-leader by far so liable to call with a wide range (unless you have a specific read on him being very tight). I would definitely fold here.
