Well I'm a fair good HU SNG i would normally lose 1 game for every 10 games i play.

But I would break if i lose 3 games in a row and run though the hands again to see where i went wrong!!

You lose 10% of you're games? Thats impeccable, I don't know if I can believe that...

Even if he got all-in with A/A vs 6/7s he'd win less than 77% of the time.
Looks like he won 9/10 in a short period, and extrapolated that as his standard win rate.

It depends.
If you are a winning player, are not tilting, and are playing different people, there is no reason to stop.

The moment the losses start affecting your game, or when they make the game not fun anymore, quit for awhile.

that is true yesterday .I took it personel.I made myself a commintment if i lost 2 in a row ,i stop for one hour or lowered the stakes.

So i did lower the stakes. But this guy from netherland find me and he beat me 9 times in a row in the half stake SNG HU. After i beat him the tenth time.I said i had to exlucude myself for 12 hours.

here is my hand analysis;
http://learnandplaypoker.blogspot.com/2009/10/analysis-of-9-loss.html

but i guess i could not change gears , i thougt he was tight aggresive but he changed the style and i could not cope with the loose aggresive player who cathed cards on me.

my new rules to quit are
1.if i lose 2 in a row , i lower the stakes
2.if i lose 2 in a row in half stakes i give 1 hour break.
3.if i break the rules 1 or 2 , i exlude myself for 12 hours.

still i see my mindset is still not there, i took it so personal.Tilt is inside u.

^^^I absolutely agree with this. However, if you want to make a "rule" for yourself, you will have to do what works best for you. Especially if you are taking this personal, it will affect your play so it's better not to play then.

I don't like rules. I do like stop losses... sort of.

Assuming you're following good BR management and have found some weak opponents, I think mental/physical readiness becomes the most important element of your game. It may be even more important than being a "good" player.

I'd recommend implementing a "stop loss" at the end of every SnG. Even the ones you win...

Ask yourself, "Do I really feel like doing what it takes to win my next match?"
Meaning: paying 100% attention, playing your A-game, for as long as it takes, with no emotional attachment to winning or losing.

If you answer yes (honestly) with no hesitation then play another one. If not, figure out why and fix the problem. Maybe you just need a cup of coffee or a walk outside. You might not need a 12 hour break... or maybe you'll need more.

If you play when your at your best (physically and mentally) your much more likely to get the money. Your "best" won't come and go like clockwork.
