What's the best strategy for stealing blinds from players who are inclined to call more often or play back at you more often than the average player/a tight player?

Should you maintain a tight image and make few but timely blind steals?

Should you wait for a real hand and punish them for not believing you?

I feel like these days it is harder to steal blinds later in tournaments than its ever been.

They're calling ranges are usually still a little wide.

Shove with ATC?

I'd go B if you're pretty sure he'll call anyway. That way the other players will see you as tight as not call your bluff later and you don't accidently double LAG up. To me, LAG's with chips are the hardest people to play.

shove on them

THIS.

Though seriously, I hardly ever try to steal from LAGs. Too much luck dependent.
I would bet the pot and nothing less. Shoving isn't always the best move, but it depends on how loose the guy is.

If they're insanely LAGgy and play everything, I would NOT try to steal from them; best bet would be to trap them, and to fold almost always because they could get lucky.

Don't min. raise their blind it is essentially just a waste of chip they always call the win raise even with permanent muck hands like 83s.

I wait until I have a strong hand to be able to have a good result, but many times they have more luck and the play is given, but I wait for the right moment to attack

Playing people that want to see the river is hard because you know they have garbage until garbage hits the flop and then you really have a hard time getting value off anything they do.

I think you are making this more complicated than it really is. If someone is calling a raise from the bb with any two cards (or even 3 bet a wide range) I dont see a reason to tighten up. I will hit the flop just as often as villain and will have position the rest of the hand. This is a good situation to be in.

One exeption will be if you have a shove happy bb. Then you should fold your connectors/ gappers. Another thing is if you have a awkward stack.

Just my 2 cents

(It only took six months [and 6 years], but you finally started getting some answers).
The way to play Type players is to play the opposite type.
Just like any ball game really, if they top spin you chop, but you should also throw in a few curve balls to mix it up.
