starting tournaments

ok so questions if i only have like 50 dollars max to start out with
what type of tourney should i start playing first (with the least amout of variance in br) and what should be the maximum amout i can lose and win in one day

and should i read the harington on poker books first vol.1,2,3 and cash games by harington or something volume two or what idk

You should have 100 buy ins, but you can try the $1 45mans on pokerstars with 50 buy ins or the $0.50 turbos (also 45mans), the bigger fields have way more variance. Maybe you can try also the $0.50 360mans, but these have 3-min-levels and heavy variance too.

You always want to find the tourneys with the longest blind levels IMO. It gives the better more patient player the edge that makes the difference. As far as what tourneys to play in, it depends on your views on bankroll management. Look up some different POVs on the subject and go from there. Don't risk your whole nut playing in tourneys for 20% or $40% of your roll tho. At $50 I can def tell you that many would recommend going bigger than $5+.50. Good Luck.
