well joined a nightly 6k tourney and went out 58th. ITM but found my self in a few situations were i think preflop im betting to much on hands like aq suited or mid pairs out position and missing flop bad where im finding myself on the river either pushing all in or folding losing a lot of chips.

Its a big chip leak for my tourney play does anyone have any advise i do fold them a lot when a raiser is ahead of me if im out position but what about when theirs no river. should i still just fold or just not bother c betting. any advise would be great thank you

Hand histories work best, although not sure what kind of hh you can get from sportsbook.

ya dont have the hand historys but i more meant as a whole in general on those hands not an particular situation, they just seem to cost me a lot of chips
