And man am I glad I did!
After watching a few coaching videos, reading some lag plays, countless bad beat videos, and realizing who won MTT's 90% I figured, "I'm getting bored of playing a hand every 15 mins, to end up getting donked on by BS".

So I started putting pressure consistently on the table, playing way more suited or unsuited connecters than I ever have before. Stealing the blinds whenever the chance was able, knowing which pots to get into, and which to stay out of.

My VP by the end of that tournament was ridiculous, I normally run around 15-18%, but my VP was around 45% on a full table MTT.

One of my favorite hands early in the tourney:
Merge - $0+$0|<> NL - Holdem - 8 players

I think my favorite thing about playing extremely loose was nobody would ever figure I had a hand when I did, which in my opinion worked out better than people assuming that I'm playing good cards and getting very little action post flop.

I ended up winning the tournament, (my first MTT win!) it was a 1k gtd so my BR is up quite a bit (playing micros atm). And I probably would not have been able to without CC :D:D

Any suggestions on playing LAG? Is it good to play tight towards the beginning and switch it up completely after a certain point in the tournament. Because I don't feel like playing loose can win much in the beginning of a tourney, only after a bit.

Anything helps!

Being a "bad boy" and playing this LAG style needs a very good playing in postflop actions. If you dare to risk a lot of chips for mooooore chips, it's ok. My fav LAG player is Faraz Jaka. He is the master of this style IMO. I think there are many videos about him on the net. Worth watching! ;)

I've been following Jaka on twitter for well over a year now and he hasn't won much recently, I think people have worked him out a bit and take him on preflop a lot more now. His chip stack is a total yoyo in tournaments but he told me he just gets bored playing tight.
The guy to aspire to is Moorman, he is just crushing it, but I notice he keeps his methods close to his chest though.
