I liked playing the SnG 9 players $ 0.50 pokerstars, but I realized that it increasingly difficult to obtain profit in this sng.
For being a low cost and in a fast tournament mode, many regular players have entered those tournaments.

So, what other SNG or MTT you guys indicate to play and make money?

If you're struggling at that level you may want to figure out if there are leaks in your game before moving on

Personally I prefer heads up sit & gos since they tend to be quick.

I'm really liking to 25 cent 45 man, not a fan of the 50 cent turbos as I don't like turbos very much, but I'm finding good profit in the 25 cent ones.

mttsng 45max. It's probably the only kind SNG, which plays a lot of players and tables opened very quickly.

I look for the better return and how many paid out. I usually play the $3-$10 SNG. I tend to get more quality players than all the calling stations at the .50 $3 tables.

SnG 45 players its a good start. But the single tables are a more "robotic". So you can test your skills and make a profit too

I know on full flush I've been having luck at the 0.50 SNG. But I usually join them while a free roll is going so I might be getting more non-regs. The traffic is also really low, so I don't think there's enough "GOOD" players for me to worry.

There's very few SNGs on there. I've just won pretty close to 50% of the last 10 I've played. I think I cashed in another 1-2.

I don't know what Stars games exist, are there smaller ones? I feel like it's a trade off between getting a bigger pay off for a harder game versus an easier time beating out 9 weaker players. At some point winning 5 cents in a 1 cent sng isn't worth it.

Also, just because regulars might not do the same stupid things others do, it's still possible you can figure out ways to exploit them. If you're doing OK, it might behoove you to review histories of some of the regs to see if you can find patterns. Maybe they fold to raises after limping often, maybe they try to steal too much, maybe they are too loose / tight.

Why not put some extra thought into how to beat specific ones when you run into them.

i like the 0.50$ 45 SNGs turbo. the tables are opening pretty fast but the variance is bigger than slow SNGs

Can someone please elaborate on why they like 45-man SNGs? I also don't understand what is meant by "tables opening quickly", which a couple people have mentioned.

Why not the tournaments with 0.27 or 0.55 buy-ins? Or the spin and go starting now from 0.25?
