I play a lot of sit and go, normally 3 or 4 at the same time and I keep grinding for hours. The problem is that after nearly 2/3 hours I'm quite tired to play even though I want to play. Getting tired I don't play my A-Game and risk to lose a part of my bankroll.

This is a sort of tilt and I want to get rid of that. I want to be able to stay for 6/7 hours per day without tilting and always playing my best poker.

How should I do?

You can make for yourself small goals to keep it interesting and focus, for example i will get 10 more blinds or i will get into the first 10. That helps me sometimes :)

You need to pay attention to your game. Sounds like you know when your game drops off take a break for a 1/2hr or so then go back. If you still feel your game is off call it quits for the day.:D:D

The easy answer is take a break. Its insanity to say you are going to play for 6-7 hours straight. Even in MTT you get a 5 min break every hour, I usually chip up and sit out for a while longer to get rested and fresh. As B1Bomber posted, 1/2 an hour sounds great to me. Play 2-3 hours and take 1/2 off.
