Situations before prize-winning places... Who and how would arrive???

What it is better to make with strong couples pre-flop... (A.A. K.K. Q.Q.). To go All ying or I grazed (as on flope there can be a street, a flash, a set, two couples).
I will remind in a situation when you had 12-16 blind????

12-16 BB is shoving time...if you try to raise it looks much stronger. Just put in a timing tell hesitate then punt it.
