In the midstages our two most profitable moves that pick us up the most equity are re-stealing and calling all ins. So stealing blinds does pick us up a decent chunk of equity over time, but in the micro staked games, your steals arn't going to work as often. So perhaps lower your raise sizes down preflop, which makes your c-bet smaller too. And pick the opponants you want to steal from, stealing from known loose players isn't a great idea, however if they are tighter, then sure, go ahead and steal their blinds. But as mentioned, we should be more concerned with re-stealing and calling shoves with appropriate ranges.
