Start stealing the blinds when the blind and ante are big enough and observe table dynamic..

Is steali.g blind is necessary? I mean you are on button holding 85o will you raise to steal blind. If yes then what you do you face a re raise or a call and flop gives you nothing?

6 handed play slightly aggressive as blinds will be frequent. 9 handed you can wait for better hands.

Sng

I think it should play a few hands during the first level , only with very strong hands. At the time of the bubble you have to be very aggressive and put pressure on other players

also depends on the speed of the tournament , the higher the speed of the tournament , you should be more aggressive

What if we did not deal good cards in early stage of game.. How to change strategy then.

Well i play it this way, u always start with 1500 chips on those table, at the beginning while the blinds are still small open your range, play as many hand as u can, and if u dont hit, tighten up when u hit 1000 chips w8 for premium hands, soon as u double up, open your range again and bluff couple of times get those chips :D as soon as blinds go up and are worth stealing by that time u should know WHO to steal from, soon as u are 3 left, here u turn in to maniac, open your range so wiiiiiiiiiide a boing 777 should fit right through there, u are already in the money, and i have noticed most players tend to stick to tight play use this to steal, and learn the shove/fold chart full table 3 left, to get a better idea how much of a maniac u have to be :D

The essence of the Sit & Go Strategy (SNG) tournaments is that if you have more than 12 big blinds you have to play very few hands.
Money usually wins only when the blinds have increased significantly. Therefore, if you are 12 big blinds or less, you will begin to play a wider range of cards. You start attacking your opponents to knock them off the table. This approach to the game gives you a great advantage against many opponents.
