Here is my simple method for the turbo micro 45mans:
We have only 1500 chips, that´s not very much and if we too often see the flop (most flops we will miss) those little costs add up very quickly. So tight early is the right approach. Because i multi table, i need simple decisions. I only play all small and high pairs and AK and AQs in the early blind stages. The little pairs 22-JJ i play only for set value. If you play for a set, don´t pay too much for seeing the flop, 100 chips with 1500 chips is the maximum. I don´t call all-in-pushes with TT, JJ or AQo in the early stages. QQ-AA and AK you can simply push all-in in the early phase, because you almost always get a caller and get fully paid in these donk-micros...they call with everything, with AJ, even with any Ace, any lower pair, any suited cards (they love suited trash), KQ, JQ, JT etc.they love to call - lol. You always have 80:20, 70:30, 60:40 and some coinflips there.
The pocket pairs 22-JJ i play for a set and the motto is, a cheap flop and "no set - no bet", its easy to play after the flop and traps the players who cannot fold top pair or something.
In the later stages with 10 - 12 BB and under you open-push (if there is no raiser) all playable hands, of course all premiums, all pairs, A9-AQ, suited connectors, broadway cards - its way better than blinding down !, espec. in these crazy turbos. Most of the time they fold, and if they call - we have often at least a 40 or 35 % chance in the showdown.
If you have 10BB and a hand like KQ or AT or a pocket pair 77 or higher, and there are limper(s) (= callers) then push and "punish the limpers", all the dead limp-money in the pot makes this play very profitable ...and they always have only hands like JT, small pairs like 44, KJ, or baby Aces or suited crap, so if they call you are ahead.
In the battle of the blinds i often call pushes of good regulars with hands like K9+, 55+ and A6+, i am often ahead because the shove very light when the blinds are high.
I avoid pushing weak Aces like A6 under the gun because they always call you with better Aces and you only have 30:70 here. Its better here to push JTs or something (live cards). If you have under 15 BB dont raise 3x big blind, just go allin. If you want to steal a big blind from the small blind, you also can simply "limp and lead" instead of raising, it is cheaper. (= complete the big blind and bet any flop, bet size 1 BB.... instead of a raise) If i have Aces or Kings and always shoved, i don´t raise all of a sudden only 3x or something, because its suspicious, here i also shove.
If you have a nice bigstack (for instance final table) don´t call unnessecary other big stack all-ins with AK, AQs, TT or something and protect your stack. Do it of course with KK and AA.
Final Table means nothing, there are only 7 prizes, so push it hard and take risks with any playble hand, if you almost at the final table, because they have fear. In the heads-up we need also a little luck, luckily many micro players fold here too often which is good, but if you have an agressive HU player, just go allin with any playable hand, any pair or any face card, any ace.

Seems like you have made a good start, Just one piece of advice, don't stick to this as an absolute, keep pushing yourself to finding better ways to do things.

Remember also that probably like 40% of being a good poker player is studying the game away from the tables, reviewing your moves etc.

Poker is NEVER by the book, you have to have a little flexibility. With that said, this strategy seems pretty good. But what do I know?

@ the limp-leading thing:

If I'm short stacked and someone limps from the small blind I'm shoving ATC. 90% of the time when someone completes the blind it's with a hand that they are not willing to see the flop with. The result is that if you complete the blind too much you might just end up donating.

That's a leak imo.

It will only take one orbit to have you noted down as a ATC shover with a SS if someone limps. You will find many of people will limp their strong hands waiting for you to jam on them. I have numerous of people tagged of exactly that, literally shove any two when you limp to in them.

If anything when someone limps, in my experience and you are short, they are hoping you jam so try trapping by limping.

I won't shove-steal that often against people I think are good, but against someone who's running like 43/12, I'm shoving. But I see your point.

What would you say was a good ROI for a winning player at these 1.00 45 mans?

Thanks guys, it worked most of time for me, at least in the $1.50 and $0.50 levels.

Nice strategy. But it would be nice if you could space your post into smaller sections so it makes it easier to read.
