re: Poker & sigh Flawless game bubble bust SnG
Sorry, but good players with a "flawless" game don't make a thread about losing a 60/40's like this and how they played so "flawless" during both stt's.. Also what makes you think you have played a nearly perfect game? I'd bet strongly against this, that's without seeing any hands you played, just purely based on your posts alone just indicates to me that's no where near true.
Playing "very careful" and nitting up when when blinds go up - is not a winning play for a start, it's actually the opposite of how to play stt's profitably. Sayting stuff like "I'm never calling again and I'd rather just get in the money" is a losing players mentality, not solid winner - sorry.
My post may come of as harsh but it's just being honest, I find a lot of posts like this from people who just like to post standard spots as beats, think they are playing perfect and are just to ignorant to want to improve and look at their game as opposed to losing a flip. Posts like this don't improve your game and I assume that's what you want, nor does anyone actually care about a standard spots in poker but I guarantee there are more spots you can control and look at which will increase your win rate, not flips or 60/40's which are out of your control. If you want to improve your game, post hands, post a whole game of hands and ask for feedback on each hands you should be opening, hands you should be folding etc etc. As I said, what you think is flawless is highly likely the complete opposite of how stt's should be played.
In the future, instead of making a thread like this one, just post a hand history and ask for what's the best play and I guarantee you these will be better for your game than threads like this, as these posts just can't help your game at all and that should be your long term goal in poker. gl!
