Thank you for posting

Your skill level and the aggression level of your villains dictates your hand ranges.

K9 can be raised as you are deep stacked and in late position with passive players left to act. Do not limp as you are attacking their passiveness not their hand ranges.

If the villains are aggressive they will 3 bet you and then you should be folding pre.

You have to be good at hand reading post flop if called as you are getting called by AK-K10 always. So when the flop comes K J 2 you are never certain if you are ahead. You must then play weakly getting little value from a high risk preflop raise.

The same thinking applies to all the hands except Kh10h as it is a stronger hand than the others it can be limped or raised in late position depending once again on your skill level and your villains.
Most often it would be raised say 85% or more vs passive villains.

The key to making these plays is know why exactly you are raising.
Stealing blinds?
Raising Fit or fold post flop players so you can steal on flop or turn or river.

We are not raising K9 thinking we will be crushing all the K8 hands that will be calling us.
Or that we can get QJ to fold on a Qxx board

K9 vs BB A6 off suit we are 41% equity. If you play in a game where you will be called by any ace any time raising K9 is bad very bad.

Kh10H is 46% by the way, bad but not so bad if we out play our villains. If we can get the villain to fold when a J 6 2 flop 9 turn comes we are good to go. The nature of this hand also makes bluffing easier for us as we pick up equity on many of the turn cards after we
c-bet on the correct flop board texture.

Hope this helps
