Why I can’t stand the nerves during the game? I can’t look calmly and perceive the way after I folded at the table came Full-House or Flush…. How to deal with it?

In the short term that move will suck, yet tourneys are a long term ordeal, and making the proper call before seeing the flop is good.

If you're making the correct decisions why would you sweat it at all?

Once you have made a decision to fold, based on the information available to you at the time, watch the play of those still in the hand. You can gain valuable information about your opponents, for future use.

patience buddy thats the key to success on a tournament. Sometimes you fold a monster but on a long tournament you probably will have time for another monster.

So you fold an 8-5 off to a big pre-flop raise, and then the flop comes up 8-8-5 and you are freaking out because you folded a full house? All you have to ask yourself is did I make the right call pre-flop? If you start chasing full houses with junk like an 8-5, you will be out of the tournament before the first level change. It is easier to overcome folding a winning hand than playing a losing hand.

Once you get out of a hand, stop watching the cards. Pull your phone out and check your email or do something. You cannot go on tilt every time a flop comes up that would have helped you out. Just put it behind you and move on. And if you can't do that, you need to seriously consider picking up another hobby. :)

You must understand that you cannot always win with good hand(in your opinion). To understand it playing more in live, for example with your friends not for money-for interest and you will see this situation very often, also you must playing on your bankroll and this losing will be not so painfull for you! Luck to you Bro on your Poker way!!!

Happens to me almost the same. It is very difficult to stay focused and watch the players at my table ...

I'm trying to get that with much effort.

If I am nor wrong , poker wants concentration and to follow the game or players. So I am no sure that is good to get out of a had and stop watching the cards.

After folding no matter what ( 4 of a kind , happend to me no just one time ), let it flow. Its allways next hand, no worry, be patient. I usualy take a coffe and smoke, someone use chips or sweets.3 years ago mouse was finished in my screen after I fold QQ on turn, and on river Q showed ( that cost me 250 USD for new screen ) , and i cant play that night . After that , i learn my leason, and i can say now im pretty calm.
