There are plenty of study materials here on this subject..

We also have resident Pro's with specialist 'ask me anything' threads based on their main areas of expertise..

You might well be able find yourself a mentor or even a coach here too..

In the meantime, I'd certainly advise having a look at all the relevant threads related to your preffered subject.. There are lots of links to training videos and all sorts..
