this should be a shove preflop.. you can limp to induce action with like AA or KK here but apart from that just get it in preflop...

and i think what cjatud is getting at is.. if you make a play and win.. your not necessarily making the correct play.. in this spot, the only correct play is to shove preflop.. the results really dont matter. just the decision you faced at that time..

As always only you could know the right move here, as you had been playing with the villain and knew his previous raises.
I think it was a good move, and unlucky cards came up, but only you could know the villains style of play.

You did the right thing, he made a bad call with A7... But you want some to call with A-Rag, how else would the better players win.. :)

you played it correctly from where i stand. AQ even unsuited is an easy shove when you're under 10BB no matter the position. What would it be better than this ... to wait for the aces or kings ... come on .... so AQ easy shove
