Based on yours experience in the game write the main arguments in favor of tight or loose game in the early stages of the tournament.

It's no use to play loose in the early stages cause the antes are low.

Depends on tourney especially in the rebuy there just 3 bet shoving 22 33 A9hh for chunks so be tight in the rebuys I find u can be looser in the non rebuys. Big 11 big 22

I prefer to use a thigt aggressive strategy in the beginning. But always play in a position looking game with marginal hands like .67,78, T10 of the same suit

Buy-in is main for choosing strategy.
freerolls - allin/fold
Small (1-5$) - loose/agressive
Medium (5-30$) - tight/agressive
>30$ - tight

There is no real point to play extremely LAG early in a tournament. The blinds are low, the antes are usually non-existent and you can build a solid image to the table while not sacrificing much at all equity wise.

Once antes kick in, there is MUCH more incentive to take pots down without a fight preflop or to take them down with 3 betting/+ Cbetting.

I play tight aggressive early and I try to pick on the weaker players or the players who are playing way too many hands.

TAG in, LAG out...

If you have noticed over the past couple of years the seemingly strongest style is the mid-range style, the MAG if you will, not full TAG or LAG but a hybrid. I like playing hybrid after antes, I seem to have the best MTT performace with it.

Tag in the initial stages is the way to go, no reason to fight hard over the blinds when they are so small.

You cant say there is one right style - it depends on your mentality and your game expectations... if you are playing for fun primarely then you'll surely play more hands.. if you grind every tournament (even freeroll) then you'll be tight.

Whatever suits you best :)

I think that loose playing possible only on the late stage of tournaments and sometimes at position on the early stage. But as a rule I usually play tightly

for me it depends also how many tables i play at the same time. the less table the more loose i can be preflop and get more aggressive after.

also on low stake i find easy money when i play loose on an early stage of the tourny

Well, it differ from player to player.

Everyone has his own style of playing, based on past learning experiences and intuition. My style of play is aggressive, regardless of table position.

I do not like playing loose, per se, but I raise quite hard. This style has benefited me a lot.

Also, I do not try to fold the other guy but try to play the hand intelligently - sometimes making gutsy, risky bluffs also :p which has paid me off very well.

On the first and second blind level can play, I think, more relaxed. Stack is surely huge, and the probability to collect the best hand is very high. See more cheap flops, and disclaims oppov value out when the monster collect.

being aggressive in the beginning of the game may only get you small pots while being aggressive against weak players late on the game may be more profitable.

Aggro loose in mid-late stages of a tourney is my strategy. As far as beginning, I really just beast out the weaker players.

In turbo freerolls - most loose. You won't survive otherwise. More higher - more tighter.

I play tight-loose - depending on the position. in the early stages do not need to play aggressively, stacks of very large and lose half a stack of 40 chips -this - stupid. therefore it is necessary to calculate the weak players and take their chips.
