I would lead the turn as well and probably call a small raise... not sure why you give up when you pick up some outs. As played I would def. call turn bet. Let me add that you pretty much under rep the hand when you check and this gives villain chance to steal if HE KNOWS you don't have an ace. Bet the turn.

I agree w/ lucky here.

But, he didn't mention the part about...why bet the flop if you're going to not bet the turn & (check/fold). It's not good to make "feeler" bets (especially this early on in the tourney when you don't have a significant amount of chips & bets on all 3 streets will end up putting you almost all-in). & I'm guessing that's what you did here being an ace was on the board. You'll lose a lot of chips in the long run doing that.
