When u are first to act middle pos is it good to shove 22-88 or a2-at when ur called u almost always dead:eek:??
How do u play 25- 30bb? Hate this stack size!!!

Generally these kind of questions can be answered in so many ways and all of them start with "it depends..." - what kind of a tournament (normal 10 min blinds, turbo 5 min, hyper-turbo) , buy-in (player levels and capability), position in the table, other players' stacks, are you in the money, do you really need to climb the ladder or are you aiming for the number 1 spot and etc.
I would assume you are asking about normal type 10-15 min blinds for an online tournament with 10-30 BB. Early position I would play only very strong hands like AA-10s, AK, AQ. MP would wide a little bit the range adding 99 - 77 and Ax, and LP with almost anything if it's folded to you or even for a squeeze.
Also I would recommend you to ask yourself more questions while you are playing (the ones I mentioned above) and you will find the most pleasing answer for YOU by yourself.

there are many charts out there who tell you what to push , the best one is icmizer and holdemresources.net.

If I have 10bb at a full table I will be pushing something kind of like this:

early position 88+, AT+, KQ

mid position 66+, AT+ A8s+, KQ, KJs

late position: 44+, A8+, Ax suited, any 2 broadway, K9s, 78s, 89s, 9Ts

obviously this depends on A LOT of other factors. What is the average stack, who is in the blinds, what has the table dynamic been? How far are we from the money, what is my recent history and image?

For instance if I just recently jammed with QTo and won the blinds without a fight, and the next hand I get dealt A7o I might pass, even though it's a "better" hand.

It's also important to know if antes are involved.
One chart says to shove 99+ UTG, 10 BB, no antes.
33+ if there are antes.

I am guided by the table of starting hands chart that helps us know what range of hands you can bet and which we should withdraw with penalty haci not do a good table image

There is a great spreadsheet that you can figure out unexpoitable shove ranges once you plug in your position and hands and calling ranges for opponents....I can't find it but if you dig you'll get it for free.

Now the trick is calculating calling ranges properly...and experience is really what you need for that.

THEN, there is ICM....but that is another layer of complexity you probably don't wanna worry about right now.

depends how other players are playing on table, but with 10BB you cant choose, you must be agressive.
