I gather this is a turbo? This depends on what stage in the tournament you are in and how deep you are.
A: UTG/UTG+1 play the same and should be top of your range, then again it depends at what stage of the tournament we are at. In general though, you should be only opening A,K/A,Q/ Aces/Kings/Queens
B:IF someone raises before you they will be UTG/UTG+1 therefore in middle postion you should only be ever raising with the top of your range. Again though, this depends on the stage of the tournament - lets assume it's just started and 100blinds deep. If noone raises, then you can open any pair IMO or limp although I much prefer to raise.
C: The button should be raised a lot more, if you have nits in the blinds then I'm raising nearly 100% of the time. IF they are loose players, then narrow down your range a bit. Any sort of suited cards/ connected cards, A,x/K,x/Q,x etc all dependt on who is in the blinds. The one before the button is called the CO and should be slightly tighter than the button, although I'm still opening quite wide. Again, depends on who is left to act.
The buy-in from $1.00 to $5.00 isn't going to be much different in terms of skill. The length of the blinds means though you're not forced into putting yourself in marginal spots and can sit back a little more. Again though, if you have weak nits and have position, go ahead and raise a lot.
