Hello Guys,

I would like to ask if someone is playing this kind of SNGs? I am used to ST SNGs and I would like to try this one. So the process is to get up from Step 1 to Step 6 and win it and then you will win big money with tourney ticket. Also, you can use FPPs in their satellites.

I will try this one but and I want to ask if this is beatable and what is the optimal strategy?

Should I play solid tight aggressive on this one?

I love the step format, I just treat them as any sng, try and forget about it being a step. I've never made it to step 6 as i usually use the t$ on Sunday Millions or something similar.

I took a liking to the steps at one point and from them played my way to the sunday million and sunday warmup when they were wcoop events so were super massive fields compared to usually and no run good to have me cash in either attempt.

I wish you luck in looking to climb to step 6. I have only played through 1-3 to get the step 4 ticket for the 215$ tournies and found the step3 to be quite tough at times and I think this is often because many people with the br's will often buy into step3 in attempts to save on their sunday million or other big 215$ buyin games so your not playing against many if any weak players, but they arn't exactly all pros either ;)

That being said and as odd as it sounds I found the step1 to be the worst because it was only top2 that moved on and 3rd position was a 1.5$ loss on the attempt, while other steps you tend to go up or have another shot at the same step for top3. The step 2 tickets are great for the 27$ ko mtt's that run though.

I'm sure I havn't seen the last of the steps, I wish the ftp steps would get more love because with thos the final step is actually an entirly paid out in cash sng.

There is no one optimal strategy, by its very nature the optimal strategy changes.

But TAG is generally a good strategy...

I like them. For me is a good way to multiply my tourney $. I would say up to level 3 they are pretty soft.
Concerning the strat. Use common sense. If you see a guy entering every pot, then be slightly tighter than him and then raise the hell out of him. If you see a rock, then open up and raise them.
