Hello everyone, I was curious as to how many of you on here have experience in the $11 Sunday Storm $200K GTD tourney on pokerstars, and if you could offer advice on my below situation?
The reason I ask is I am completely inexperienced in anything other than microstakes. I consider myself a fairly competent player but have been limited to building a roll from the micros being a student; have built my roll from $70 - $170 by playing micro SNG's and the odd micro tournament, and although I am obviously not rolled up to play this $11 tournament I was thinking of entering just the once for the experience and who knows, maybe a cash. What are your thoughts?
I assume the large prize pool attracts many weak players so would I be correct in believing that (at least) the beginning and middle stages would be as difficult as say the standard Big $3.30 micro tournament for example; lots of fish? Obviously will only reg if i believe i have a large edge over the majority!
If it makes any difference I run Pokertracker too giving me an additional edge.
Thanks in advance
