Reading is almost a thing of the past pall. Lot of poker school things on web (Youtube, Cardschat, Poker.org, etc.) And about every pro in the world has their vids out there as well.

who's there?
Q1: what books did you read expt "raisers edge"? you do realize poker did not die, and a lot of people still play/write poker books, vods, streams, articles & lot will ahve the same concepts:ABC,TAG,explot aggro/pass,check-rais turn=monster, dont pull gutshot for 3 streets... =)
Q2: what limits do you play? The difference between games that blackrain79(1/2c) can help you with and streams of innerpsycho(10/20+$,10$+zoom)are pretty big)

Can suggest (although dont know what you have read):
-mtt books: "Winning Poker Tournaments One Hand at a Time vol.1&2" , Johnatan Little books (there are toomany to name),"Kill Everyone"
-mental book: "The Mental Game of Poker vol1&2", "treat your poker like buisness"
-math books 2015: "Essential Poker Math",
-web: 2+2, cardschat(obvs), upswingpoker, thepokerbank, blackrain79
-youtube: splitsuit, GripsedPokerTraining, freestylepoker(rus), smartpoker(rus), jaime staples, Carrot Corner
-twitch:tonkaaaaP, easywithaces, innerpsycho(rus), jaime staples, JCarverPoker, Liay5 (rus)
twitch in general has a a lot of players who streamers any limit from micro to WCOOP high-rollers

Maybe is not strictly about the theme, but my sugestion is to play and learn trough the play.
You should have some strategy but it maybe will not work on the tables you plan to play, and than you just need to adjust your play.
So keep grinding and good luck.

my bad... sorrry, I had given for granted that y knew what i was looking for and what i play.
Super quick history: ex micro/mid reg on .it sites (2009/2011). SNG turbo 6 max. Passionate about mtt. OLd days with a decent deal of RB I had decent earnings.
that said I always loved the game, had to slow down because of IRL "duties", got back for passion but never got back along.
After few bad decisions (poker related) such as played out of bankroll with top players who crashed me. Had few badbeat (2nd at WPT sat - only 1 package worth 10k €, starting the HU maybe 4:1 for me, I miserably lost it. That hurts, deep. Poker is indeed a mental game also).
After a long stop I couldnt really get back on playing lower limits coz had no incentives I had finally felt pleasure playing the micros again, read something, got a software and...
my pc broke again.

Now I have noticed that the overall level is higher (of course my level, lower) and I have hard time getting decent results.
I am referring to times when the combo: 3b + cbet meant pot ainec, at least at the micros.
Nowadays seems harder.
Don't know if what I am saying makes any sense to you.

I would like to watch some videos - mtts play preferibile - so I can get back to that learning process a player needs; and I have lost.

Level: micros, low stakes. Can't afford higher and indeed want to go through it before playing higher
Game: Mtt. And everything else, really- I do like zoom, cash. Really atm need to find again my comfort area.

Can suggest (although dont know what you have read):
-mtt books: "Winning Poker Tournaments One Hand at a Time vol.1&2" , Johnatan Little books (there are toomany to name),"Kill Everyone"
-mental book: "The Mental Game of Poker vol1&2", "treat your poker like buisness"

seems I havent really looked anything of these. Thanks for the heads up!-

ABC,TAG,explot aggro/pass,check-rais turn=monster,dont pull gutshot for 3 streets... =)
indeed ! :D cheers mate, I feel less "outdated" now ;)

cheers, I will give a look!

PS: stating the obvious that watching videos is always a good thing, being in my condition now is pretty disorienting , like being in a limbo.
Too basic is too low, like going again and again through the same stuff. Higher levels are definetely too much and however inappropriate when getting to play a completely different skill level-

I would advise start zoom/cash than SNG/MTT, but thats my op. Maybe it's me but cash/zoom is easier mentaly for me to deal with cash stuff than two A2o and 36s shoves.
there are lot advise on micro/low and most players i named are good with micro/low. You can start with Blackrain79 and go forth =)

Thanks for taking part in the thread. What do you usually play? limit??
Are you a reg atm? or play in spare time?

Mtts are the worst choice when comes to play in the spare time because have to stick to scheduled times and they last long.
PokerStars offers a wide range of games and having decent traffic allow to play almost any time of the day- SNg 45/90/180/360 ppl are a valid alternative to mtt except that they are shallower :( and often too many regs make the game boring and slow-

The videos on the site are designed for low/midstakes MTT players and go beyond the basics, but not into concepts that are hard to understand.

You will get three videos just for signing up, no cost.

hi,
thanks so much for the info, mate.
One thing, I am going through the site, signed up, got to videos section where I could find something seemingly interesting BUT no trace of free contents.
I can seee/click the price but terminate in the shopping cart where bank details got be asked :-(
Is there any coupon\code\whateverelse in order to get to the free contents? Videos must be worth it, my goodness, all are very expensive!! $55,00 for "MTT Fundamentals" and so others...
any tips!??
