Blinds 400/800 antes 100 6-handed table
Button stack: 16,600 Hero stack(Big blind): 12,000

Button raise preflop to 1,600
Hero calls with :kd4: :10h4:
Pot=4,200

Flop: :10s4: :10c4: :3c4:
Hero check
Button check

Turn is :2h4:
Hero bet 2,520
Button calls
Pot=9,240

River: :8d4:
Hero go all-in with 7,875
Button folds...

My questions:

-What do you think button have and why do you think that?

-Could the hero bet smaller on turn and river hoping for a call so he can extract more value?

Isn't it to small with 800-1600
800 in a 4200 pot will make the pot 5000
800/5000=0.16% eq ...I think it leaves room for call with goodhands that can pay more than that

1. the button did not hit the board... maybe he had a flush draw or an overcards...
2. put no more than 2000 on the river ... it is noticeable that on such a board the opponent hardly got caught

Why are calling with K10o and 15 BBs behind?

Either fold or jam pre. Flatting is terrible.

Defending here is not that bad. Folding might be the worst option.
But that said, I'm one for the 'unsuited cards are terrible post-flop', so I prefer a shove here.

On the note of what the button might have, a heck lot of combinations. He might just be steal, for all we know, i.e. 100% hands.
On the note of can the Hero extract more value, what do you want to bet? 1 chip? He's betting 1/4th the pot, almost min-betting (1600 is the minimum, remember?), with such a lock on the board.

That said, if there were ICM pressures, I might change my opinion (can also be as drastic as a, U-Turn, fold).

On the note of analyzing a PRO's thinking, PLEASE STOP TRYING TO DO THAT.
