What type of starting hands do you play in Pot Limit Omaha tournaments or sng's?

In cash games I play a lot of different hands in PLO but I feel like that might not be the correct strategy in a tournament/sng format..

So what are good hand ranges for PLO and do you come in raising or is smarter to limp considering the loose play of others and all of the possible combinations that can come out on the board to benefit other plays?

What is a generally good/effective strategy in these formats?

I imagine if you do choose to play TAG then what will be your true profit from this playing style considering stealing being not so effective with loose players around you?

I play seriously TAG in most tournaments, but looser on occasions.

This doesn't make any sense at all. If people want to play OOP with weak holdings your profitability goes way up.

I guess yeah you're right, I still steal a lot of pots post-flop in cash PLO so it's probably not different in a tournament structure.

I don't really get PLOSNG's, because 1) you can't really use a push/fold game, and 2) the equities run so close between starting hands, but you need more equity than normal to make certain moves based on the prize structure.

I don't know too much about PLO MTT's, unfortunately.
