Paying attention to your opponents tendencies might get you to lose some of that fear. when you do shove you should do so with confidence knowing that most likely your hand is best. Obviously you have to factor in the stack sizes for this but for the most part study your opponents and don't let yourself get robbed.

Your stack isn't worth much, so don't be afraid to lose it.

I also seem to do very well early in a competition.Usually become chip leader in the first 5 blinds and then I switch off protecting my stack.Last night I came 10th and only the top 8 cashed.I allow other stacks to catch up.I try to watch other players but they are unpredictable with different stacks.

I have absolutely same problem very often. First phase of tournament I have no problem to build average or above average stack. But When the bubble is closer and blinds are bigger I always feel like I am carddead, Not affraid too much to make a move, just cant find a right spot...

I recommend reading about short stack tournament strategy. If you are scared money you are probably playing in a tournament that is too high stakes for you. You can find push/fold charts that will help you also.

This is too open ended. How many blinds do you have? What position are you? What are the blind/level structure? What is your table image?

To address your op, maybe you are playing above your bankroll if you are that worried about 1 tournament. Obviously, you should not treat it as nothing, but you are going to not cash 80-90% of the time; you can't be scared money. Tournament poker has crazy high variance, so if you aren't finding the right cards or right spots... keep playing. If you can't handle grinding for 3-4 hours with nothing to show then switch to MTT SNGs maybe until you are more able to handle the beats.
