I'm having a little trouble when playing sit n gos when everyone busts out early and leaves only 3 people evenly stacked at say over 20bb a piece. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Some more info would be helpful, what kind of trouble are you having? Are the blinds re-stealing when you raise from the button, or are they calling and then putting pressure on you post-flop? What is the tournament structure?

Your range 3-handed should be nothing like your range at a full table, many more hands become playable and if the other two players are nits, I'm going to be raising 80%+ of hands from the button. It's vital to avoid becoming the short stack, because the other two are less likely to get into a big showdown with each other and allow you to ladder up.

At this stage, everyone is afraid to fly out of the tournament so you need play more aggressively. make minimum raises but received resistance аllin go only with strong hands.

20 bigs is not deepstacked it is short stacked

Deep stack is 50BBS or more if everyone at the table has 20 bbs then you are all short stacked and should play like you have a short stack. When i have this many bbs i tend to not Cbet as much unless i hit and if i hit i Commit the rest of my chips with pot size bets or shoves in SNGS. Also you have some fold equity to make that big three bet all in bluff or Semi bluff which is Plus EV in sngs
