When you have a read that a particular player shoves this wide, don't tighten up - on the contrary, widen your calling range to like 20-30% of all hands, something like almost any ace, any two broadway and almost any pair. Yes, it will greatly increase your variance, but you will be in good the majority of times.
Sometimes, even often, they will draw out on you, and there will be losing streaks, but in the long run you will have positive EV against those players.
But you must be prepared to endure the higher variance, make sure you have the roll for it.
Edit: As LeanAndMean says, you must also consider if you are mentally prepared to take the variance, if you choose to play those guys this way. If a couple of bad beats in a row makes you tilt, don't go there. Find another game instead. If you can avoid variance messing with your mind, those players are very exploitable.
