While playing freeroll tournaments, I took into consideration two things: luck and strategy. A strategy is a very important factor in Tournaments, but still, in sites like BWIN, you need to have lots of patience and to wait for good cards. Often while waiting, I lose my patience and go all in, and that's why I get knocked out in early phases. While in other hands, on other poker sites I have a great success in getting in top 10 or winning it. What do you think about Bwin?

Cheers guys! :thefinger:thefinger:thefinger:thefinger

In freerolls of any room, players play roughly the same. Patience is good quality for a poker player.

I usually do not have a lot of patience in freerolls, but I've played in leagues, so I had a lot of patience and strategy for 30 days, and a good prize in the leagues intellipoker
having patience often does well, and brings positive results

Without patience in poker, there's nothing to do. On account of Bwin I play only at the bookmaker office.

I lost in my begining days so much because of lack
In patience. Than with time i learned that do not regert if you fold winning hands dont check every hand. There is lot of winning hands waiting for you
Just be patience and wait for your turn.

Patience is good in any aspect of life ... In addition to patience, sometimes you have to count on luck, because there are a lot of people who pay any money and win.

Patience is very important in every game but I do not have much patience in freerolls. Most of the time I play as a donkey.. I just can not recognize my game, a huge difference compared to the league or big buyin tournaments lol

I have played BetOnline Freerolls and cash games for years. The site seems to play completely different now since the upgrade. Have they changed their algorithms. The site used to seem to exclusively reward aggressive/stupid play. And I think it still does but noticed a lot more patience is needed on that site since the upgrade.

A lot more than I expect. I have to wait almost 10 minutes for one round to finish because some dushbag is not online, or in some cases, time goes really slow. Also to get good cards takes forever. Its like they chose two-three players and only they are winning.

the problem for me is losing interest at some point -at acr there freerolls I think payout 2-3 bucks for 5 hours to take it down-I'm not going to stay interested at those payouts-now for cc I start to get tired 4 am comes mighty early,so a lot of the time I find myself chasing and making mistakes-but I do find not playing a lot of freerollsmy interest has increased

Patience is key early and middle stages of 9 handed normal speed MTT. Turbos and late stages of a tournament too much patience can hurt you.

Patience is certainly important
but sometimes we have to follow our feelings
you can not get a tournament if you just sit and wait for good cards
it's just my modest opinion ;))

Time is a very important part of poker so why are you not patiënt? Why are you playing poker, only to play your own great hands or to study your opponents and play your position as well!

Patience is fundamental. In the beginning I always get out of freeroll tournaments so I adapted. I only give all in when I am under 10 BB, or a pair of AA or KK that most of the time works.

Patience is important, but lucky in freerolls is a bigger factor than patience
so do not wait for big hands for a long time, because you can still take a BAD beat

I think patience is the absolute key to victory on freerolls. Just remember there will always be another freeroll soon so don't get discouraged if you bust out of one and don't cash!
