Two outs and catches them both ouch.

Obviously gonna happen occasionally - you're a 4.5 to 1 favorite not 99 to 1.

I always like to remind myself when these things happen that I got my whole stack in the middle as a big favorite and if I keep doing that then good results will follow eventually.

Better luck next time! :D

Your opponent was really lucky, but I would not be limping at all

Ya I noticed the slow playing too.

Not how I would have done it but it all worked out anyways with kk's pushing it all in

This sucks but you WILL lose even uglier hands. That's just the way lady luck rolls.

the chance to win with kings in the preflop kings was 80%, you did everything right just not lucky, but next time I advise you to raise in 3-5 bet, 2 this is not enough

You played normally with a pair of AA, but just you are unlucky there are different situations with a strong pair of AA, I also had many similar ones, but this is poker and there is everything in the game and even on aces!

I do not agree that you played correctly with aces. In your situation, it was necessary to play a raise. Otherwise, there was no point in entering the game. Well, about your opponent's luck, then you just have to put up with it and forget. That happens.

Agreed how rattled would you have been if 7 2 called you and they hit on the flop you would have thought you were good and all your money would still be gone

Deyvsonflp.

How did you review your play in this hand afterwards?

I think the first thing you should consider is your decision to limp with AA. While this is an often seen play, in any event you are allowing the BB to see the flop for nothing! What this means is that your best hand (pre flop only) is now up against ATC, and while favourite pre flop, could change dramatically once the flop lands.

As it is, the BB shoves and you have no alternative but to shove too. So now you are at the mercy of the board. You are not in any form of control and can not influence the hand at all. Probability takes over and as you discover, not being in control means you just have to watch the tourney float away from you.

Best wishes

I don't know if it does matter, but one thing you shouldn't do is just limp AA. You should raise x4, 5, 7 this is up to you. and that let you know how strong is your player or your opponent's hands. maybe that guy should just call and see the flop, maybe. with a set of Kings i think he should have played different. Anyway Aces being cracked happens a lot, and this was one of this times. Bad luck my friend. keep going AA ag KK will gain most of the times.

Right. Making a raise creates a chance to remove 7 2 from the draw. At the same time, the call puts us in a trap to lose everything to a hand like 7 2.

The most ordinary cooler that can not be thrown out of any of the components, just someone more fortunate than anyone else is not going to get hung up on this and continue to play and improve the game and there will be happiness.

Limp with AA is not a correct game, you always need to raise with this hand.
In any case, your opponent would have made a 3-bet, and you went all-in,
You were doomed to lose a lot of chips.
It happens

I don't want to comment the open limp because I know nothing about the table dynamics and the players after the Hero. Generally speaking I open raise with AA , as for the cooler, welcome to the bad beat club and be patient. You will experience many of those situations. Good Luck!

It is bad luck, there is nothing to do, you can not fold AA, sometimes that happens, sometimes in favor, other times against, that's poker.

You did everything right, it happens, at a distance you're going to catch your head. And even after the flop, it's very hard to throw it away.
