If it is a public freeroll with thousands of participants, then definitely A. If it's a private freeroll with fewer participants, then B

For me, the best win condition is to play extra tight when blinds are low, and while they are increasing - start play loose. It can be explained very simply: you will not earn to much at the beginning (unless you have a monster hand or high pocket pair etc), but you can lose very fast - call/go allin with middle hand. But with the same marginal hand in the late game you have much more chances to win, cause value of that allin is way bigger in late - thanks to blinds.

shove top range AQ+ 99+, other marginal hands only limp.. When stack less 12bb shove it with normal range.

option A is jusy gambling, option B is better, but it depends of structure of the game, however freerolls use to be fast with low starting stacks is hard to keep your blinds over 10bb when you are below you need to play agressive taking the option of shoving hands than normally you don't takeit riskly like A10,AJ, KJ,77, 66.
but there are some freerolls that are not fast and you can play with more patience like full tilt sats, bakrollmob (full tilt only),WR2 sat ( pokerstars).
And finally something important, against fishes if you have a normal or better stacks pay their all-in only with 99+ DON'T DO IT with AQ or AK that are extremely riskly against them, play them only if your stack is low.
