If you are playing on a LAG table with a lot of limping and calling, what should your opening range be from late position in middle stage of a 9man STT?

I feel like you should still be opening some pots in this stage of a STT but even if its folded to you in lets say CO your usual range is in big trouble if you get calls from BTN and both blinds as its often the case on such tables.

Personally my range here would vary depending on my stack size, opponent stack size and blind level. I would be opening much tighter than I would on a TAG table though, in general. However, as always with poker there are some exceptions, particularly if past experience, stats or personal history dictate a more profitable play. If deep stacked early in these STT's with a lot of fish making mistakes from very early on though I am not averse to taking the pot odds offered and playing profitable post flop poker fot low stakes (not bluffing, not continuing multiway with marginal holdings and little chance of improving etc). It all really depends though, as is often the case in poker.

As a general rule though on a LAG table "tight is right". Even if this forces you to play shove/fold earlier than expected, you are going to be getting called much lighter than you are shipping very often!

My opening range would probably look something like this:

88+,A9s+,KTs+,QTs+,AJo+,KQo
