online tourney

so I was playing on carbon poker and won a free seat to the poker maximus main event. 215 dollar tourney. stinks though cuz its on mothers day and my wife wont b to happy if I played on sunday. so im gonna use the ticket to play prob tonight in 215 60 k guaranteed. I really wish I could play in the main event 250 k tourney but I guess I should just b happy to have a seat. I don't have much experience in playing in major online tournaments but what a mothers day gift it would b if I was able to score a good size cash. Anyhow any advice from anybody that has played in these tourneys would b nice. I thk I maybe have played one tourney this size back in the day on poker stars/ ty all

The ticket is only good for the Main Event. Can't use it for another 215 tourney unfortunately.

Step one: Find out how much money 1st place pays.
Step two: Calculate how many boxes of pampers 1st place money will buy.
Step three: Relate the figure from step two to the Mrs. and ask for her advise.

Yeah I tried doing another tourney but it wouldent let me. So I emailed carbon support and after I told them my story they switched it to a 215 voucher so I was able to play the other tourney. got just under four hours in and ended up busting. made one mistake that cost b a good chunk of my chips. but over all did ok considering how nervous I was. had above average stack most of tourney then that one mistake. then got moved to a very good table with big chip stacks and couldent pick a hand up. Oh well. I did have a entry coupon for 1.10 cent vouchr I won. I used it to enter 1 rebuy for first hour and add on. it was event number 38 I thk. anyhow didnt have cash in account anymore so I couldent rebuy. everyone else went nuts and I just waited. ended up getting my aa beat by aq . that was after we hit the money and ended up with a 10.50 cent cash. I was happy I guess with that result and like I said I thought I played well in other tourney except for the one play. Im gonna try and make this money last. even though my bankroll management sucks!!!!!!
