Stupid

Look at the 1st and 2nd spots. Could this be variance? Or do i have a leak in my heads up games. And anyone who play these 180 turbo versions have any advice for heads up? I usually just push any two cards on sb when i have 10bb. Got so angry when i finished 2nd the 7th time especially because it was a 360 man and half an hour before the exact same thing happened

hey fellow queenslander!

urm, this info you posted really tells me nothing. it could be varience, but it's unlikely. you most likely have some leaks hu, but it could also be an issue of being shortstacked once heads up. i really can't say without looking over hh's to find out.

pushing anytwo heads up with 10bb's is ok, but a lot of players will call too wide for it to be profitable. it's really hard to say again, without seeing some hands.

use your poker tracker to filter hands where you play hu in those 180man tourneys, and post some of those stats. also, go over some of the hands and post some in HA section of the forum for review. ones your not sure of, could be a simple spot or a more complex one.

Looks like some leaks in short handed or heads up play or maybe some variance. Either way, it seems like you might need to play some six max or some four max SNG's to help this. I did this and I learned a lot from it (a bit too much that I am to some extent a bit bad at full ring), but for having 10% ROI, you probably have some good full ring play. If you wish, you might want to message me some hand histories that I could review or post some on Cardschat.

Hu game is weak

Def don't shove any 2 in sb w/ 10 bbs left. Work on your shoving range based on stack size. Play some hu sngs and focus on being patient and understanding your opponent: does he limp weak hands and open big ones 3-4x? Does he bet pot when he has something or is bluffing? Etc, etc. I'd focus on irritating your opponent by mixing up your game. See what works, what doesn't. Just pay attention to your opponent.

Im not sure how any of this will help. This is the first time ive reviewed hands so i dont really know what to look for. but calling all in q4 suited seems really wrong now im going to check if he was raising like all the hands

31 1sts and 42 2nds and 31 3rds. This month and now ive been playing 1$ hyper 180 man and 1$ 90 man turbo and 1.50$ 45 man.

all these hands really depend on your in game reads and game flow. what is your opponent like etc. all this info is really important to determine the best action against him

it looks like you are taking a lot of risks hu, which is ok, but you need to pick your spots and make sure you are not wasting the hu by taking on huge all in risk spots when you really need to make the hu count and win it!

also, convert the hands in a hand replayer,

http://www.handconverter.com/

or alternatively into a hand replayer

http://www.boomplayer.com/

in regards to your hands. here's what i would default to if i joined the game with absolutely no reads at all.

hand1

so much play left in this one, it's such a big risk for a mediocre reward. i'd default to flat calling here and playing this postflop, we're oop, but we can do some funky things postflop. i wouldn't expect a normal average player at this stake to be raising atc here on the button, so i'd be looking to take pots away postflop. also, we have a hand that flops really well.

i dont think shoving is a mistake by any means it's most likely +EV, theres just other ways to go about things that don't risk your tournament life for a small gain relatively.

hand 2

this one really depends on who is in the blinds, we could make cases for limping, min-raising and shoving or folding. i think the option i'd likely go for is to limp and stab at flops. our hand is ok, but it tends to get dominated a lot when called. i'd much prefer to shove this with safe hands, like 85s or 107s.

hand3

if he's definitely on ATC then Q4s is probably an ok call. we're so far behind in the tournament, and folding too much here is really bad for us, so we need to find an all in situation. if i think he's ATC then i call here too. if he's not, then it's a definite fold.

set the output format to "phpBB forums"

set the player aliases to "use position aliases"

Set results to "hide results"

copy and paste the hand history in the obvious box, click "convert" at the bottom of the page, and presto, you have your output. copy and paste the output in the forums and you should be golden.

generally it's best to do this though, get the hand up to the point you are questioning most. put in any reads/ game flow, any small piece of info, the more info, the better the result.

Villian is really loose, and a bit crazy, he has been shoving on me everyhand since the hu started, and i put him on literally ATC here. can we make this call? if not, what range should we be calling with if he's on ATC?
