Where I can find some guides and resources how to play this MTTs? I'm not thinking about paying for couching because currently I can not pay for that

Play more. Free rolls if you do not have money. Take each tournament seriously regardless of the amount of money there to win. Pay close attention to each hand and where you feel you go wrong and make corrections. Reading about it and seeing someone else do it is okay but doing it yourself is the best way to learn. Win or cash in free rolls first then move up. The Cards Chat free rolls are a good place to learn. Try them.

I honestly thought this thread was a confessional about gambling away the money you intended for buying a new couch and are seeking help with your compulsive gambling.
Needless to say, I was greatly dissapointed when it hit me what it's actually about. Oh well, on to the actual point of the thread.

Coaching is a good thing, but many will agree that it's very expensive, which is why you should try and exhaust all of the free and cheap knowledge sources you can get your hands on, and there's quite a bit of them. Once you're done with that, gauge how much you've improved and then decide on getting a coach or not.

The first thing I'd suggest to you is hitting up our very own Golden Archive here on the forums. It's in the General Poker section. Spending a week or two there studying the threads will no doubt help your game immensly. Of course after that you can move on to the various video material on youtube, free e-books from various pros (Doyle Brunson's Super System is a must read even if it is a bit dated), and of course there may be some cheap poker books you can buy in bookstores where you live.

Focus on getting as much as you possibly can out of all of those free sources, and then try coaching. Who knows, if you study carefully you might get so good at the game you'll be able to pay off your lessons with the money you made on your road to getting better with the free stuff.

Cheers

Do not waste your money for coach if you playing micro limits. For the dominance your opponents from micro limits sufficiently learn poker from free books with a streams and with a big distance of the game (100 000 - 300 000 hands)

I'm with the consensus, I wouldn't pay for a coach.

1. There is just way too much information out there.

2. Why would you want to play like someone else?

I will say I found things like Twitch interesting, there are some pros that live stream their games. You could learn some from those streams. There is a lot of videos on YouTube. Endless poker articles. One thing I have always felt is most pros have no shortage of ego and are willing to show you for free "how good" they are. Wouldn't want to pay someone for the same information.

Resources like these and just getting in the hands will help you constantly get better.

Personally, I try reading strategies articles in forums like CC and watching another online players at Twitch and I am getting better results (be aware I only play freerolls at the moment), there's still a very long way to go tho!

Honestly there's so many resources out there to help you get better at poker, a lot of it is self control. Dan Harrington has a couple of really good books on MTTs that you might want to check out.

1. Read, read, read. There are so many great books that are written like an adventure, but at the same time you may find a lot of hints how to improve your game and to make a healthy habits.
2. Spend some time to analyze your own hands by yourself. The self-teaching often is helping a lot.
3. Check out hands discussions. Comment and learn from other players.
4. There are a lot of video tutorials around.
5. The coach is needed when you reach a certain level of play and want to get to the next one. This is where the coaches are very useful. They can reprogram your mind set and to add some more self-confidence.
6. Try to share your experience to the new players. Sometimes you may learn from them if you start to make once again the good old mistakes.
